Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of [CONCIERTOZ.COM] and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by [VABE Inc.] ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) Definitions
- "Event": A concert, show, festival, or other live experience listed on the Service.
- "Ticket": A digital or physical admission credential to an Event, including QR code entry.
- "Order": A purchase transaction for Tickets and/or related items.
- "Organizer": The event promoter/host/producer (may be Company or a third party).
- "Venue": The location where the Event takes place.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase Tickets, unless allowed by law and you have a parent/guardian's consent.
3) Account Registration and Security
To access some features, you may need an account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You're responsible for activity occurring under your account.
We may suspend/terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
4) Ticket Listings and Availability
- Ticket listings, pricing, seat/section info, and Event details may change at any time.
- Tickets are subject to availability and may sell out.
- We do not guarantee that any specific Ticket, price, seat, or section will remain available.
5) Orders, Pricing, and Fees
When you place an Order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for:
- Ticket price(s)
- Applicable service fees
- Taxes (if applicable)
- Delivery fees (if applicable)
All prices are shown in [USD/MXN] unless stated otherwise. Fees may be non-refundable as permitted by law and as described at checkout.
6) Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by third parties (e.g., card networks and payment providers) and are subject to their terms and fraud controls.
We may:
- Validate payment methods
- Request additional verification
- Cancel Orders that fail verification or appear fraudulent
7) Ticket Delivery and Entry
Tickets may be delivered via:
- Digital delivery (e.g., QR code in your account/email)
- Will call
- Other methods disclosed at checkout
You are responsible for:
- Providing a valid email and checking spam/junk folders
- Keeping your Ticket/QR code secure
- Ensuring your device can display the QR code at entry (if digital)
Lost, stolen, or copied Tickets: We may not be able to replace Tickets if your QR code has been shared, duplicated, or used.
8) Event Rules, Venue Policies, and Admission
Admission is subject to the Organizer's and Venue's rules, including:
- Security checks
- Bag policies
- Age restrictions
- Prohibited items
- Code of conduct
- ID requirements
- Health/safety rules (if any)
Violations can result in refusal of entry or removal without refund, as permitted by law.
9) All Sales Final; Refund Policy
Ticket purchases are typically final because Events are time-specific. However, refunds may be available in limited cases as described below or required by law.

9.1 Event Cancellations
If an Event is canceled, you may be eligible for a refund of the ticket face value and potentially certain fees, depending on the Organizer's policy and applicable law. The refund method and timing depend on the payment processor and Organizer.

9.2 Event Postponements / Reschedules
If an Event is postponed or rescheduled, your Tickets may remain valid for the new date. Refund eligibility (if any) depends on Organizer policy and applicable law.

9.3 Lineup Changes, Set Length, Delays
Lineup changes (including headliner changes), set times, supporting acts, venue changes, schedule delays, or production changes do not automatically entitle you to a refund, unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.

9.4 Refund Requests and Deadlines
To request a refund when eligible, contact us at [Support Email] with:
- Order number
- Purchaser name/email
- Reason for request
- Any supporting documentation
Refund windows, if offered, may be limited and will be posted or communicated to purchasers.
10) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you file a chargeback without first contacting support to resolve the issue, we may suspend your account and restrict future purchases. We reserve the right to provide order details, delivery logs, and verification data to payment processors to contest fraudulent chargebacks.
11) Anti-Fraud and Verification
To protect fans and prevent fraud, we may use automated and manual review systems, including:
- Identity verification checks
- Velocity limits (purchase limits)
- Device/browser and transaction risk signals
We may cancel Orders or withhold delivery pending verification. If an Order is canceled due to suspected fraud, you will not receive Tickets, and a refund may be issued where appropriate.
12) Ticket Transfer and Resale
Unless explicitly allowed for a specific Event:
- Tickets may be non-transferable and resale may be prohibited or restricted.
- Any attempted resale or transfer in violation of Organizer/Venue policies may result in voided Tickets without refund.
If transfer/resale is allowed, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and event policies.
13) Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service or buy Tickets
- Circumvent purchase limits or anti-fraud measures
- Attempt to duplicate, sell, or distribute QR codes unlawfully
- Post false, misleading, or infringing content
- Harass or harm other users
- Interfere with site security or operations
We may investigate and take action, including cancelling Orders and banning accounts.
14) Intellectual Property
The Service, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Company or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
15) User Content (If Applicable)
If you submit content (reviews, comments, uploads), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, and display that content to operate and improve the Service. You represent you have the rights to submit it.
17) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
- We do not guarantee Event quality, safety, or outcomes, which are controlled by Organizers/Venues.
18) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
IN ANY EVENT, COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO COMPANY FOR THAT ORDER (INCLUDING APPLICABLE FEES), UNLESS REQUIRED OTHERWISE BY LAW.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, these limitations apply to the extent permitted.
19) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Company harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
20) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict of law rules.
